For four years Tim served as an Undershepherd at Crystal Valley Baptist Church and diligently pursued confirmation and hands-on training from his pastors for a future in ministry. He was confirmed and ordained by the church for the role of Lay Pastor ("elder") on his 1st wedding anniversary in December, 2009. His education includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Leadership and Ministry at Central Baptist College also in Conway, Arkansas. Tim and his wife Jamie have one child, Timmy. The Allens reside in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
