Trail Life Banquet
The Trail Life Banquet offers a chance to support young boys in their journey to leadership while enjoying delicious food and great entertainment.
Price per plate - $15
This fundraising event is designed to raise support for the discipleship and mentorship goals of Trail Life Troop AR-1031. All proceeds received will help cover costs associated with Troop activities and events throughout the year, including camp outs, hikes, outreach projects, training materials, and more.

Our Banquet menu will feature dishes prepared by Chef Brandon Douglas, instructor with the Pulaski Technical College's Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute and former competitor in Arkansas' Diamond Chef and Arkansas Chef's Culinary Classic competitions:
- Appetizer: Loaded Baked Potato Skin with Woodland Trail Sour Cream Sauce
- Main Entrée Choices:
- Navigator Rotisserie-Style Chicken Quarter with White Barbecue Sauce
- 1031 Spice-Rubbed Pork Loin with Traditional Barbecue Sauce
- Sides: T.B.D.
- Dessert Choices: Campfire Cobbler (Chocolate and Peach)
In addition to preparing the menu, Brandon will help lead a team of Trailmen to work as servers throughout the event.
Brandon and his family are strong supporters of the Trail Life Program being active Troop members of Bryant's Troop AR-1990. Being a church member of Crystal Valley Baptist Church, Brandon is also a regular mentor to the boys of Troop AR-1031.
Entertainment for the evening will be provided by the Trailmen. Showcasing their talents and testimonies, our young men will offer an evening of music, story telling, and skill demonstrations.
Those interested in donating more than the standard $15 price per plate are welcome to do so. Checks may be made out to "Crystal Valley Baptist Church" with a memo marked for "Trail Life."
